Pokédex Entry: An evolution of Eevee that is completely man-made, Ferreon was created by applying a metallic coating to an evolving Eevee. They now sometimes evolve naturally when surrounded by machinery, but most of them have to be exposed to technology at a basic level for the evolution to take place. They are a common sight in factories and worksites.
The heaviest of all Eevee evolutions, Syntheon is a steely gray dog-like creature in appearance. The ruffle around its neck is a gear formation that can spin around fully, similar to the way a Klink might. Ferreon's body is sturdy with mechanical patterns varying the coloration. Their body us riveted with different panels, making up their canine-like form, and attribute left over from their exposure to a Metal Coat or intense exposure to a machinery environment. Their ears and tail are flat and broad, almost paddle like. Shiny Ferreon are bronze in coloration.
Etymology: Ferreon is a combination of the words ferrous and eon.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: None.
Behavior: Ferreon is also one of the most social evolutions of Eevee. Spending much of its time in factories run by humans or anywhere with heavy machinery, they are commonly sighted at large factories or construction sites where they attempt to help out the workers. They are entirely synthetic or forced evolutions, which some people see as inhumane. At first, there was some conjecture about what to name the creature, since the first few generations of the Pokémon were entirely mute. Tinkereon, Syntheon, Gadgeon, Inventeon, Lockeon, Chromeon, and Gizmeon were all considered. It wasn't until a vocal generation of the Pokémon was born and declared itself with a bark of "Ferreon" that a name was settled on.
Habitat: Factories and workshops and construction sites worldwide.
Diet: Ferreon can subside off of a normal diet for a Pokémon its nature, omnivorous, but it can also digest any known metal.
