Pokédex Entry: They are normally withdrawn, but strong trainers are seen to attract curious Cupra from trees. It lives in the hollow of a tree. If disturbed, it vibrates its wings and scatters metal flecks.
Cupra is an insectoid Pokémon with a shiny back on the top portion of its body. Its thorax and head are mainly a light tan with fluorescent purple making that consist of short but straight lines on its little wings, and two rings on both antennae. It has a shaggy mane just below its tear-drop shaped head, which is a noticeably darker shade of brown than its paler wings. Its body and head, including antennae are a light grey colour. On either side of its little body sit two pairs of three legs.
Etymology: Cupra is a combination of the Latin word for copper, cuprum, and pupa.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: If disturbed, a Cupra can vibrate its wings to scatter flecks of metal.
Behavior: Their wings are made of solid copper. Much less timid than their evolved forms, Cupra are still very reclusive and withdrawn, but can be coaxed from hiding a lot easier than Argalis or Aurumoth can. Other than that, Cupra tend to lack a personality of any note.
Habitat: Nobody has any idea where Cupra live. They appear to trainers in very peculiar areas with no apparent pattern. They do not eschew sunlight.
Diet: Cupra appear to eat most vegetation, and are partial to meat. They also seem content with human food, particularly potato interestingly.
