Pokédex Entry: Shoaly are always born in groups of three and depend on each other for safety. They form large shoals in the open sea and use their patterns to confuse predators.
Shoaly, like Magneton, is made up of three creatures that act as one. Three nearly identical fish, they are small individuals, one swimming in the middle, another the top and another the bottom. They each have a crisscross pattern on their bodies. Each fish's scales eventually darken in a different way to signify which fish is which in a unit. Light blue in color, the darkened shade simply goes a darker navy. Shiny Shoaly are sky blue in color.
Etymology: Shoaly is a combination of the words shoal and fishy.

Special Abilities: None.
Behavior: A schooling fish at heart, Shoaly bond at birth to their two nearest siblings of the same gender. Beyond that, they swim in schools of thousands which alert one another of the threats that they face, being such a small fish in the open waters of the ocean. Much like a Magneton, the three Shoaly that bond form one unit and will fight, live and die together.
Habitat: Oceans worldwide.
Diet: Krill.
