Abilities: Trace / Magic Guard (Hidden Ability)
Height: 0.0m / 0'10"
Weight: 0.8kg / 1.8lbs
Gender Ratio: 50% Male / 50% Female
Egg Groups: Fairy / Water 1

Evolves From: N/A
Evolves To: Krilowatt (Level 29)

Pokédex Entry: Living in and among their evolved families, Protokrill are often too small to be caught in conventional nets, leaving them safe to continue to grow. Like their evolved form, female Protokrill are rather angry most the time, fighting to their last.

Protokrill are tiny little creatures, only a handful of inches larger than Pokémon like Joltik. With no appendages to speak of, they look like fleshy, pinky little round heads with a larvae style body. They have large eyes and little antenna and a little tail that curls into a spiral against their body. Shiny Protokrill are blue in color, rather than the standard pink.

Etymology: Protokrill is a combination of the words proto- and krill.

Gender Differences: Female Protokrill have much angrier dispositions.

Special Abilities: None.

Behavior: They live in nests of anywhere to fifty to a couple thousand, often trialling along in woven nets that their parents make them, following their family group wherever they go. Males are shy and demure, while females are usually quite moody, seemingly trapped in that teenager girl drama mindset.

Habitat: Oceans worldwide, typically in the oceanic zone of the ocean.

Diet: Protokrill eat microscopic organisms that live in the sand of the seabed.
