Pokédex Entry: An uncommon Pokémon that resides in and around the lakes of Unova, they are bright and joyful creatures. They often act as pollinators, favoring Sweet Honey to any other food.
Smaller than some, Inelis is a sleek little beauty of a dragon. Purple and yellow are its primary colors, with black being its accents. Inelis are long bodied, their length from nose to tail much longer than their standing height. They have a twin set of wings which are broad and striped. They have no arms, only legs, and long, thin tails that curl and swish. Their necks are long, somewhat like a dinosaur's and they end in a head with bright green eyes on it. They have two little antenna, which serve no purpose due to their short length, sitting just above their head. Shiny Inelis are pink and light green in color.
Etymology: Inelis is backwards of sileni, a name given to mythological forest spirits.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: They are capable of floating atop water due to the soft filaments covering their tail and limbs that allows them to maintain water tension.
Behavior: Inelis are shy Pokémon, avoiding human contact for all their worth. This is relatively easy for them given their very high speed. They enjoy darting across lakes and ponds. They are deathly afraid of Poliwrath, Politoeds and other frog-like Pokémon and avoid them at all costs. They are fidgety Pokémon and are always in some kind of motion, even if it is just their tail swaying.
Habitat: Ponds and lakes of the northwestern United States region.
Diet: Smaller insects and pollen.
Capacia Island, Decolore ■ Moor of Icirrus, Unova ■ Route 6, Unova
