Rolo [Male Snorlax]Our strength and our courage have run out.
Rolo was never the brightest bulb in the box. But that was okay, because he never needed to be. He's a slow, methodical worker who is content to plod on at his own pace (usually very slowly) to make sure things get done. He's brave, but not recklessly fearless as his friends might be - things don't surprise him, and he doesn't jump to conclusions, just working things out slowly. Perhaps the most troublesome thing for Rolo in this partnership of theirs is the fact that he now has to become the thinker - because there's clearly no way that Sloth or Ditz could pull that off.

Sloth [Male Slaking]We fall apart.
A fairly laidback, happy-go-lucky Pokémon, Sloth is rather similar to Rolo in some respects. Both take life as it comes, adapting remarkably well to any sort of adversity thrown at them. Both are unashamedly friendly and hold no grudges. This gentle giant is a loyal friend, both to Rolo and Kitsune, and is easily impressed by many things, generally acceptive of everyone. One might call it low standards, but he rarely turns his nose up at something. He can act a little goofy sometimes, but for the most part, can keep a straight head and use it, which distinguishes him from Ditz just that little bit. Of course, like any Slaking though, he can be very, very lazy too.

Ability: Truant
Move Pool: Slack Off, Punishment, Hammer Arm, Encore, Counter, Fling, Swagger, Ice Beam, Cut, Strength

Ditz [Female Spinda]When we lose our faith and forsake our friends.
Sloth's polar opposite in so many ways, and yet she is very close to him. She would probably deny being attracted to such a duffer, but is remarkably protective of him, and very attached. Where Sloth is simple, laidback and transparent, she is complex, finicky and difficult to interpret. She has remarkably high standards, and turns her nose up at things easily, and Kitsune is the most common source of her displeasure, even though she is growing to respect the young lady, little by little. Very fussy, and difficult to please, Ditz's love of perfection is only matched, rather paradoxically, by her love for Sloth.

Ability: Own Tempo
Move Pool: Teeter Dance, Dizzy Punch, Sucker Punch, Psych Up, Flail, Thrash, Rock Smash, Trick Room, Retaliate, Hypnosis

When the moon is gone and we've reached our end. wrote:Most commonly described as a free-loader, Mitsune always looks out for herself and her own interests first, however, she does care about her fellow tenants and knows when not to take things too far. Considerably the most flirtatious of the older girls, Kitsune is also the bustiest in the household, her bust being second only to Mutsumi Otohime in size, and is unafraid of using her charms to get what she wants.

Her nickname comes from a combination of her first and last names, and the fact that she hardly ever fully opens both eyes at the same time (mostly when she is surprised). As a result, she has a perpetually fox-like, vulpine expression. The nickname is reinforced due to her nature as a practical joker and troublemaker; her mission in life seems to be to ensure that things never get too dull or those around her too complacent. She also seems to have a weakness for alcohol. But in spite of these traits, Mitsune seems to be regarded as the "big sister" of the group; looking out for the younger members such as Shinobu and Kaolla.

Kitsune was the first of the eventual Kuro crew to take up residence at the Hinata, arriving during her high school years, and eventually convincing Naru to move to the apartments as well. When Keitaro first arrived, she made use of her wiles to weasel her way out of having to pay rent on time, though she herself had very little actual interest in Keitaro. She became a staunch supporter of Keitaro and Naru, though for the most part she wasn't willing to intervene in their relationship to nudge it along unless it amused her to do so, finding much greater entertainment in watching them tap-dance around their feelings for each other. To this end, she wasn't displeased when Seno eventually intervened and pushed the couple together, as it was an outcome she had hoped for as well.

All was not to be sunshine and rainbows, however. A sinister preview of the threat of greater Darkness loomed on the horizon. One evening at the Hinata, with the sun dying in the western sky, a corrupted creature that had once been human, tasked by an unknown agent of the Darkness, arrived in an effort to eliminate Mutsumi as a potential unifying force for human resistance against the Darkness. Fortunately for the watermelon-loving girl, she happened to be in good company at the time, and the ensuing battle saw the creature vanquished, at the cost of above-average damage to the dormitory. Afterwards, she revealed her prophetic nightmares to her friends, giving them fore-warning of what was to face mankind years down the road. This incident became the watershed, the moment when a gaggle of random losers living in an old inn became a crew.

This was five years ago.

In the intervening time, along with training and preparing themselves, life continued for the group that has come to be known as "Kuro Arashi". Kitsune, for possibly the first time in her life, found herself possessed of a drive for self-improvement that lended to her becoming adept at the 'thief' archetype, emphasizing agility and evasion for quick, devastating attacks and not taking return hits in return. She became frequent sparring partners with Naru, the training helping both develop their skills in tandem; Naru her focus and concentration on striking evasive targets, and Kitsune learning how to both avoid blows and better take the ones that she couldn't dodge.

Kitsune took a more active role in the events that surrounded Kanako's arrival, becoming the de facto leader of the resistant forces that were against the renovation of the Hinata back into an inn. Despite this, when the spirits of the cursed annex acted up, Kitsune was possessed by them and forced to fight against her comrades, the combination of her swiftness and Mutsumi's protective and healing talents making the battle quite difficult. Upon their defeat, they broke free of the possessive spirits, and joined with the others in fighting the 'cursed beast of the annex' golem as Naru moved ahead.

In the aftermath of the event, life got back to what passed for normal at the Hinata, except now Kanako had joined the group, and as the years passed, Kitsune was one of the only ones not interested in attending schooling at Celadon University. Feeling that her years of opportunity for going to college were behind her, she instead took over the ownership of the Hinata Tea Shop after Haruka married Seta, an occupation which she is surprised to find suits her quite comfortably.

But now, however, the Darkness has finally made its move, and the Kuro crew is ready to let their years of preparation come to fruition...

└-Skills, professions, knowledge and talents.

Physical Agility: Many years of training and physical activity have honed Kitsune into a very fast, highly-agile individual with a specific knack for twisting herself out of the way of attacks. She has also gained the manual dexterity necessary to dual-wield daggers, and has become quite proficient at throwing her weapons.

Shundo: Also known by the name "instant movement", shundo is an ability that allows Kitsune to cover distances up to forty feet in a direct line from where she is facing in an instant. She can actually pass through space occupied by another person or creature without either being physically affected; only an individual specifically-trained in martial arts can react to her movement in this manner.

But not this place. Not today. wrote:Weapons_________________________________________________
└-Weapon and munitions.

Goblin Blade: Developed by Kaolla, Kitsune's weapons are a pair of daggers equipped with a high-frequency oscillation core that coats the blades themselves, giving them a far superior cutting edge and allowing them to cause great damage to things such as stone or steel. The nature of the blades allows them to sunder normal weapons on contact, and they are balanced for throwing. These weapons were inspired by the sword wielded by the Harry Osborn in Spider-Man 3.
