Another member of the trio between himself, Madoka's Luxio and Misa's Mareep, Okyo is a playful, all around fun Pokémon, typically seen at Sakurako's side at all times. Very loyal, like his owner, and supportive, he's strange for his breed in that he's not very strong physically, but makes up for that in being a very good support 'mon in double battles. Okyo is fond of partaking in Madoka's, Misa's and Sakurako's cheerleading.

Biscuit is more of a doormat, often following behind cookie blindly and joining in her ploys without a second thought. He's more in favor of sunbathing when they're not up to some child's play, though.

Almost nothing of Misa's life before Mahora Academy is known. She has been in the same class as Asuna Kagurazaka and Ayaka Yukihiro for a very long time, so she knows a lot about them. She has known Yuuna Akashi from elementary school as well. She is, of course, very close to all the girls in Dekopin Rocket and the other cheerleaders. In Dekopin Rocket, she plays the drums.
As a hobby, Sakurako gambles a lot. She wins her bets most of the time, with great profit, as seen when the Kiss Negi Operation in Kyoto concluded and it was discovered that she was the only one who bet on Nodoka Miyazaki to win. She had also bet on her class to get the highest scores during the final exams.
Like the others in Dekopin Rocket, Sakurako signed on with the local label to produce a number of singles. She can currently be seen in Mahora most of her days, hitting up the local casino and winning quite largely most of the time.
