I'm still not quite sure about how I feel about you. wrote:

Princess [Female Froslass] — "What? How dare!... The nerve of... Ugh!"
The first Pokémon Weiss ever owned, and the closest of her companions. A Froslass with as elegant and icy demeanor as Weiss herself possesses, she was given to the girl by her elder sister Winter, a present for her tenth birthday. During the last nine years, this Pokémon has been faithfully by her side, comforting Weiss during her worst periods of isolation because of her strict and often rigorously controlled upbringing. As such, Weiss will often open up to the Pokémon when she believes herself to be alone with her, which has, at times, ended in her embarrassment as she confesses things only to later find that others were in fact, within earshot.
—Gifted by Winter Schnee for her birthday.
Image
Angel [Female Alolan Vulpix] — "Did you steal my binder?"
Angel was a gift from Weiss' father Jaques, gifted to her on her sixteenth birthday. Directly contrary to her name, Angel is a sneak thief that is forever displacing and hoarding anything that belongs to Weiss that she can get her annoying adorable little paws on. Weiss is forced to regularly clean her room in order to ferret out the stashes that Angel has accumulated. Despite this annoying tendency, she's protective of Weiss, because no one is allowed to harass her human, except for her.
—Gifted by Jaques Schnee for her birthday.
Image
Grace [Female Sensu Style Oricorio] — "I'm not perfect! Not yet. But I'm still leagues better than you."
Grace is the only Pokémon that Weiss managed to capture herself. Obtained in Alola during a business trip when the girl was in her mid-teens, the Oricorio was found in Poni Meadow and captured after a long battle that left Angel and even Princess exhausted. Despite being the newest of Weiss' Pokémon, she's also the most proud. Weiss rightfully treats the Pokémon like a treasure, and Grace returns the favor by engaging with Weiss as an equal, something that she doesn't even do with the rest of the young woman's team.
—Obtained in Poni Meadow, Alola.

Just remember to keep proper form. wrote: Weiss is a young girl with a pale complexion and ice blue eyes. Her long white hair is pulled back in an off-center ponytail, at the base of which is a small tiara that resembles icicles. She also bears a crooked scar down her left eye. Her build is average for a young woman of her height and size, standing at 5'3". She keeps her sword, Myrtenaster, belted to her side.

Dressing primarily in light blue, white, and some red, she wears a pale blue bolero jacket over a similarly colored thigh-length dress with a piece of black lace making up the neckline of the dress. The inside of the bolero is red and the sleeves turn blue as they get closer to her wrists. The back of the bolero displays the Schnee Crest, which bears a resemblance to a snowflake.

Her footwear of choice is white, heeled edge boots that go to mid-calf, with the insides also lined with red. She has a few pieces of jewelry she wears on a daily basis; an apple-shaped necklace, and a pair of thin rectangular earrings. She also wears a small bag on the back of her dress, wrapped around her waist with a ribbon, containing small items of note and importance for use with her blade.

I hate this game of emotions we play. wrote:Weiss is an individual who has had everything decided for her in her life, and due to that, has a bit of a rebellious nature. She presents this physically with her ponytail off to one side to disrupt the symmetry of the rest of her outfit. Despite her rebelliousness, she isn't hostile towards her family or even the SDC. That said, she is very private about her family and relationships with them. She also brushes off mention of her family, putting them out of the forefront of her conversations. That said, she will defend them if they're insulted, even the company, as she believes that for the most part they're working to create things to help the world defend itself from 'rising threats'.

Under the rebellion and ice queen demeanor, there's a very lonely individual, isolated because of her life and the way it was lived. She tends toward a cold demeanor and attitude towards people at first, but eventually grows much warmer as she becomes genuine friends with someone. She's nice, but can be a bit bitchy. She's got an easily irritable side, but is confident in her abilities, though she's not above acknowledging her deficiencies and the need to hone her skills further. Her confidence can often come off as arrogance, but she's the kind of know-it-all who can turn acquaintances into best friends through perseverance and showing people what lies under the masks she hides behind.

When it comes to conflict, Weiss tends to remain calm and collected. She's thoughtful, and fights with precision and coordination. She's an analytical and tactical thinker when in battle, waiting for the right moment to strike, and acknowledging when retreat is best due to unfavorable circumstances. She's also quite serious in her scholastic pursuits, usually noting down things that are even outside the scope of what she wants to learn and believes would be the most beneficial to her. She's easily irritated by those who shirk or treat what she believes is a serious topic like less than it is. In general, Weiss is just a very diverse individual as far as personality and preferences, but those who become close to her will find she is a very steadfast friend who, while she can be critical, will stand by them through almost anything.

I will not surrender. This life is mine. wrote:Weiss is the youngest daughter of Jacques Schnee, and now former heiress of the Schnee Dust Company. Born and raised in Kalos, Weiss' upbringing was what one would expect of an heiress to a multi-million dollar corporation: a gilded cage which demanded high expectations, and provided limited access to the world beyond the bars of her cage. Despite Weiss' status as the heiress, she is the middle child of the Schnee family, with an elder sister, Winter, and a younger brother, Whitley. She is the granddaughter of Nicholas, the Schnee who brought the company into prominence.

Instead of the carefree upbringing that one might expect from a rich man's daughter, Weiss's life was instead dictated for her. Her early childhood was spent shunted from tutor to tutor, enrolled in courses that were advanced even for a child almost twice her age. And when she wasn't being pushed from tutor to tutor, learning any subject that her father saw fit to push her into, she was working on self-study to try and overcome her own perceived flaws. Weiss excelled at many activities, including singing and playing the piano. Despite the generous praise heaped upon her by others for her many accomplishments, she always lacked the approval and recognition of her more often than not drunken mother, and even more critical father.

Weiss did have one or two bright spots in her early childhood, and that was her sister Winter and the family butler Klein. Though Weiss and Winter had a somewhat constrained relationship, if only because of the amount of time they were kept apart by their individual schooling, Weiss loved her elder sister, and shadowed her when she was able. The two were well favored by Klein, who would often come behind after one of the girls had been scolded by their parents, attempting to cheer the two up with some manner of antics, or when he was perfectly certain they were not monitored, with mockery of their father's mannerisms.

But even Winter's support wasn't one that Weiss could rely on forever. Winter was no more able to handle the criticism of her father than Weiss was, and at earliest opportunity, she left to join Atlas Academy. Despite the fact that Atlas was in Kalos, Winter had left home in such a way that it left her relationship with her father somewhat strained, and so while she was never outright banned from her home, she was encouraged to keep her distance and focus solely on her studies. Which kept her away from Weiss, isolating the young girl, with only Klein to keep her company.

Winter's departure left behind Weiss, Whitley, and Jacques, with her mother as absent as always, more often than not. In a house that was large enough that a short stroll couldn't bring her from one end to the other, Weiss ended up a lonely child. Though Klein did his best to keep her spirits up, the butler was limited in what he was able to do, and Weiss turned inward, growing more distant from her family, despite their proximity. Weiss and Whitley had never had a good relationship to begin with, as the boy was usually at his father's heels, and this kept their relations strained.

As Weiss got older, the expectations placed on her grew ever higher, and she was forced to continually strive for a goal it seemed she could never attain: the approval of her father. Despite a wall full of medals from championships and trophies for excellence, Weiss was perpetually a failure in Jacques' eyes, no matter how hard she strove toward the bar he had set for her. Hoping that showing him her proficiency in a wider array of skills might earn his approval, Weiss began training to fight, taking up the art of fencing. Though she excelled in this as much as she had everything else she set herself to, the girl's skill and the many trophies she won still gained her nothing but disdain from the cold-hearted man.

In her early teens, the Schnee Dust Company began to move in a different direction. After the accidental discovery of a means with which to add Dust, a unique elemental powder created from processed Elemental Stones, to weaponry, Weiss was chosen to wield one of the prototype weapons, a Multi-Action Dust Rapier. Feeling that this was finally a chance to prove herself in the eyes of her father, Weiss took up the blade, naming it Myrtenaster, and mastering the weapon in a record amount of time.

As Weiss approached her late teen years and her skill with Myrtenaster grew, she knew that she would be limited if she continued to pursue her lessons strictly under the tutelage of those offered to her by the men and women chosen by her father. While Jacques made plans for Weiss to study at Atlas Academy, and this would have put her in proximity with her sister Winter, Weiss had chosen Solaris Academy for herself, wanting to take greater advantage of the wider range of studies offered at the academy. And, at the opportunity to pull herself from under the weight of her father's demands.

Intending to stop Weiss from squandering what he believed to be her 'true potential', Jacques instructed Secretary Berater, an aide that had been in charge of Weiss' training, to 'test' the girl until she folded and agreed to attend Atlas. Weiss was pushed through trial after trial, nearing her breaking point but attempting to keep herself under control. It was through these trials that the latent Aura ability in Weiss made itself known.

Weiss was far from idle during the time between her trials. A trip to Atlas to visit her sister Winter and 'evaluate' Atlas was coupled with a very discreet visit from Headmistress Celeste of Solaris Academy. This allowed the girl to both complete her enrollment in the Academy, as well as have Myrtenaster appraised by the Headmistress. Though that hadn't been her original goal, the appraisal and coaching from the Headmistress ended up being something that quite literally saved her life during the next trial given to the girl.

Berater, frustrated that his attempts had been met with failure, went a step further than Weiss would have ever expected. He summoned a Golurk, and ordered Weiss into battle against it. Assuming that this was simply another of the many trials she would be forced to face, she was unprepared when the man gave the Pokémon the order to kill. A desperate battle ensued and though Weiss was triumphant in the end, she did not escape the battle unscathed. She emerged on the other side with a conviction that she would not follow in her father's footsteps, and a scar over her left eye.

Weiss immediately departed for Solaris Academy, with the intention of treating the academy as private property which her father would be unable to forcibly remove her from. Though she knows that he currently sees her act of 'rebellion' as a phase, she doesn't plan on returning to the Schnee household until duty dictates she must. In her absence, her father has named her brother Whitley the heir to the Schnee family name, effectively disinheriting the young woman.

But Weiss has other plans, and those plans won't be stopped, even by her manipulative father, and conniving brother. Deciding that in the event the Schnee family name will not pass to her by birthright, she will make it hers by deed, in a way that will make her grandfather proud. Even if that means toppling the 'empire' that her father has built.

High Society Training: As the heiress to the Schnee legacy, Weiss was trained in a number of formal skills. These include formal ballroom dancing, flower arranging, painting, courtly manners, proper forms of address, and politics.

Musical Training: Weiss is a singer of no small measure of skill, and has performed for influential people all over the world at the dictation of her father. She is a performance singer, however, and has never thought to utilize her voice for something like a music label. As such, she only performs for an audience, though there are recordings of her music floating out amidst cyberspace by those who have recorded such. Weiss is also a pianist of considerable experience, though she utilizes this far less than she does her singing.

└-Weapon specializations and fighting styles.

Fencing: Used with Myrtenaster, Weiss is an experienced fencer, both in a practical combat and tournament regulated style. That said, her standard combat style with fencing is very unorthodox, given the unique properties of her weapon and the methods in which she utilizes them.

├─Classification: Physical

Multi-Action Dust Rapier: Created by the Schnee Dust Company, the MADR is a weapon that takes advantage of a revolver/rapier design. The Dust utilized by Myrtenaster provides an increased kinetic force when strikes are made with the weapon. The Dust is discharged by a trigger and lights up runes along the blade of the rapier. The weapon itself has a high degree of difficulty in use because of the triggering mechanism as well as the speed with which Myrtenaster must be utilized in order to fully take advantage of its design. Myrtenaster has six chambers, and Weiss possesses seven cartridges of Dust which she trades out as necessary to utilize her weapon properly. The Dust in the weapon is color coded, and, in the hands of anyone but Weiss, simply adds an elemental enhancement to strikes made by it. Her skill with this weapon is in part what drew the attention of Headmistress Caellux.

Unique Abilities_______________________________________
└-Powers unique to the character.

Glyphs: Weiss, as all of the Schnee family line, is adept with summoning. While this manifests as summoning glyphs, it also allows her to summon the spirits of Pokémon she has slain. This ability is unique to the Schnee, and most importantly, allows Weiss to utilize the created Dust to project it into her glyphs and give them various effects beyond simple elemental impact. Weiss is capable of creating a number of different glyphs, each with different abilities dependent on whether the glyph specifically does or does not utilize Dust.

Glyph Types─┘ wrote:Summoning: These glyphs specifically allow Weiss to summon a projected construct that has substantial form, always based on a creature that Weiss has slain in combat. "The Schnee Dust Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while operating a Schnee Dust Company product. Although not mandatory, the Schnee Family highly encourages their customers to read and familiarize themselves with an easy-to-follow guide to Dust application and practice in the field." - Dust for Dummies

Dust: Created by the Schnee Dust Company, Dust is a synthetically forged product that allows elemental enhancements to be added to strikes made by otherwise ordinary weaponry. This is achieved by a process that is under patent from the SDC, synthesizing ordinary Evolutionary Stones. The Stones are mined and processed by SDC, which first began as a mining corporation.

The only Stones that may be utilized in the creation of Dust are Fire, Water, Leaf, Thunder, Ice, Dusk, and Shiny. Sun, Moon, and Dawn Stones are not able to be forged into Dust, as they possess no inherent elemental properties. As of right now, the SDC is only able to create a powdered form of Dust, solid item creation is still in the development stage.
