Pyrite Town Guide

Welcome to Pyrite Town, the foolish miner's paradise. Pyrite Town is a large town located in southwest Orre. The center is hewn out of a crimson-colored canyon and is laced with bits of old trash and mining debris, the latter a reminder of the town's mining past. Most buildings and machinery found within Pyrite are saturated with rust.



Locations In Town
Duel Square
Duel Square is a location in the center of Pyrite Town where roughneck Pokémon Trainers gather for battles. Outsiders to Pyrite Town soon find that they literally can't say "no" to the challenges of the local Pokémon Trainers.
Pyrite Gym
Located in the mountainside above the town, what looks to be an old cathedral is built into the mountainside. An old stone stairway is carved into the mountain, leading up to the clock tower-sporting building. The interior is lined with steel and machines, and the building seems to generate its electricity. The Gym Leader of Pyrite is Vince and victors receive the Clockwork Badge.



Locations Around Town
Dr. Kaminko's Laboratory
Almost a bit of a recluse, Dr. Kaminko is known for his crazy robotic conventions. He's the main contributor of Realgam's Amusement Park and more of a tinkerer than his colleagues across the region. His Lab sits north of Orre Colosseum and south of Agate Village on Route O5.

Orre Colosseum
Just west of Pyrite City, Orre Colosseum is where Trainers come to challenge one another in battle. It offers its services of multiple Arena grounds to any Trainer wishing to fight, and representatives judge the rounds.

Route O5
Running south from Agate Village, Route O5 is bisected by various places before it leads to Pyrite Town in the south. It is where the hills become true desert, and on it lay Orre Colosseum and Dr. Kaminko's Laboratory.
