Paniola Town Guide

Paniola Town is a small ranch town, which provides residential areas for workers and houses shops and stores for groceries and to sell produce. The northern section of Paniola Town has a large Tauros and Miltank ranch, which is by far the largest and most successful on the island.

Welcome to Paniola Town, the town developed with Pokémon. Paniola Town is a town on Akala Island of the Alola region. An isolated area of Paniola Town can be accessed from Route 6. It is located squarely in the middle of Akala Island and is surrounded by ranch land and pastures ideal for grazing. The population here is low, making Paniola one of Alola's smallest settlements.

Kiawe's House
Kiawe, one of Alola's Trial Captains lives in Paniola Town. Despite the town's lack of vibrancy or general activity, Kiawe's house has often been known as a hub of liveliness because Kiawe is known to host late night battling competitions, as well as small parties and congregations. He is known by all in the town and is largely seen as a figure of authority here.

Image Paniola Ranch
Paniola Ranch is a location on Akala Island in Alola, located north of Paniola Town. It connects to Route 5 to the north and Route 6 to the south. The Pokémon Nursery is located here. Paniola Ranch is made up of fenced-in pastures meant for tending farmland Pokémon such as Tauros and Miltank. A single pathway runs from Paniola Town through a maze of tall grass and ramps to a three-way junction that diverges into the north and south, leading to Routes 5 and 6 respectively.

Locations Around Town

Image Brooklet Hill
Brooklet Hill is a location on Akala Island in Alola, located west of Route 5. It is the location of the trial of Lana. Brooklet Hill is considered the best fishing spot in the Alola region. Its series of cascading waterfalls make it look like a terraced field. A peppering of large half-sunken boulders constitute as a pathway in this area, and one must be alert and steadfast when navigating the area.

Image Lush Jungle
Lush Jungle is a location on Akala Island in Alola, located north of Route 5. It is the location of the trial of Mallow. An isolated area of Route 8 can be accessed from Lush Jungle with the aid of a Pokémon. Due to the presence of a Moss Rock, Eevee can evolve into Leafeon here. Lush Jungle is a heavily wooded tropical rain forest. It's famous for producing ingredients for delicious meals.

Image Route 5
Route 5 is a route on Alola's Akala Island, connecting Paniola Ranch, Brooklet Hill, Lush Jungle, and Route 8. Route 5 is a winding route with many branching paths and ledges. It is quite challenging for people traveling on foot. A Pokémon Center Cafe can be found on this route as a useful pitstop for trainers.
