Shalour City Guide

Welcome to Shalour City, a city of awakening. Shalour City is a seaside City on the north-western portion of Kalos. The City sits aside the sea, and is renown for their beautiful seaside views. Just off the mainland a bridge connects to an island where the famous Tower of Mastery is located. The city is also the home of the Fighting type gym lead by Korrina.

Shalour Gym
Shalour Gym is ran by the leader Korrina. The gym's main type is the fighting type, and the gym itself consists of a skating theme designed by Korrina, which incorporates many railings and ramps for the challenger to use to move around the gym.
Tower of Mastery
The Tower of Mastery is a large tower on an island just off of the mainland of Kalos connected to the rest of Shalour City by a bridge. The tower inside the tower stands a large statue of a lucario in it's mega form. Many trainers come to the tower to learn about Pokémon mega-evolution, and to train in the use of mega-evolution.

Azure Bay
Azure Bay is a bay just north of Route 12, which includes a large section of the ocean, and connects to a rumored cave called Sea Spirit's Den. The there are many small islands in the bay that were created by the sediment from the rivers that pour into the ocean, sometimes they even contain lost items that washed ashore.
Route 12 / Fourrage Road
Route 12 connects both Shalour City, Coumarine City, and Azure Bay. The route itself runs along the coastline and along a river delta. Recently a bridge was built across the river to make traveling between the two cities easier. On the delta, lies a Skiddo ranch where one can see many frolicking Skiddo.
Sea Spirit's Den
The Sea Spirit's Den is an old cave found north of Azure Bay. The cave is a single enclosure, where Pokémon seldom enter. Due to it's secluded and empty state, many locals spread rumors of it having been created by an outburst of energy to be used as a sanctuary by large powerful Pokémon after being pursued by trainers.
