Kalos

Image The Kalos region is shaped like a five-pointed star, with one of its biggest cities being Lumiose City to the north-central part of the region. It features a vast network of rivers and waterways snaking through much of its landscape, cities, and towns. North-east of Lumiose City, lies a mountain range where more frigid temperatures exist, extending down into the plains below.

  • Aquacorde Town
    Aquacorde Town is north of Route 1 and south of Route 2 and Santalune Forest. The town has three shops, a Poké Ball Shop and a Potion Shop and a healing shop; Aquacorde Town does not have a real Pokémon Center, rather a small shop with a lady, not Nurse Joy, to heal up the player's Pokémon. The town is bordered by a river, with a stone bridge across it.

  • Lumiose City
    A dazzling metropolis of art and artifice, located in the very heart of the Kalos region, Lumiose City is a large city nestled in the north-central part of the Kalos region. Standing in the center of the city is the Prism Tower, which serves as its symbol. The wide roadways are paved with brick and cobblestone, allowing both automobile and Gogoat traffic safe and easy travel. Lumiose City is the largest city in the Pokémon world.

  • Camphrier Town
    Camphrier Town is a city located in the Kalos region. Its citizens are generous towards tourists and it is where the Shabboneau Castle and Hotel Camphrier are located. It is also home to Cassius, who operates the Kalos region's Pokémon Storage System on Bill's orders. Kalos's Name Rater can be found inside the Pokémon Center of Camphrier Town.

  • Ambrette Town
    This town was known only for its aquarium until the discovery of rare Fossils really put it on the map. Ambrette Town is a town located in the Kalos region. It is also the location of Kalos's Fossil Lab, where fossils can be revived into Pokémon. The Ambrette Fossil Lab is a laboratory that specializes in reviving fossilized Pokémon remains back into living Pokémon.

  • Cyllage City
    A city nestled between the cliffs and the sea, overlooked by steep bicycle racecourses. Cyllage City is a coastal city located in western Kalos. Two major paths lead from the city center. To the north is Route 10 which leads to Geosenge Town and to the south is Route 8 which leads to Ambrette Town. To the east on top of the bike ramp, the Connecting Cave allows for travel to Route 7 which leads to Camphrier Town

    Geosenge Town is a town located in the Kalos region. It is well known for its unusual rock structures which are rumored to have mysterious powers. A town lined with mysterious stones and encircled by strange ruins of old. Geologists have since recreated the ancient structure's image and helped the town rebuild since the incident with Team Flare.

  • Sommet de la Victoire
    The Pokémon League of Kalos is the location of the region's Kalos Elite Four, who may only be challenged after defeating all eight Kalos Gym Leaders. It is located on a large hill mountain known as Sommet de la Victoire and contains the Victory Road. Getting to the Pokémon League requires obtaining all eight Gym Badges, showing them to the guard at the entrance of the Victory Road, defeating him in a battle, and then passing through a large mountain-highland area.

  • Kiloude City
    Kiloude City is a city located in the southern part of the Kalos region and is only accessible after the TMV Pass is obtained in Lumiose Station. This city, popular with Pokémon Trainers, is a typical example of southern Kalosian life. The Battle Maison is Kalos's battle facility in which the player can take part in Single Battles, Double Battles, Triple Battles, Rotation Battles, and Multi Battles.
